Chronic & Lifestyle Conditions

Patient, long-term support for digestion, migraines, joint pain, stress and sleep, and complaints that keep coming back.

How homoeopathy approaches chronic conditions

Long-standing problems are rarely isolated. Sleep, stress, diet and emotional strain often play a part. Homoeopathic case-taking explores all of this so that treatment fits you as a whole person.

What to expect

Please bring previous reports and a list of all current medicines. The first consultation is thorough; follow-ups track your progress and adjust the treatment. Chronic conditions usually improve gradually, and staying with the plan matters.

Working alongside your other doctors

Homoeopathy can be taken alongside conventional care. Please don’t stop or change any medicine prescribed by another doctor without speaking to them first, and do tell Dr. Japa about everything you are taking. If symptoms are severe or sudden, seek medical help straight away.

Questions parents and patients ask

I have tried many treatments. Can homoeopathy still help?

Many patients come to homoeopathy after trying other options. Dr. Japa will take a full history and tell you honestly what to expect. Results vary from person to person.

Do I need to stop my regular medicines?

No. Please continue your prescribed medicines and discuss any changes with the doctor who prescribed them.

How often will I need follow-ups?

Usually every few weeks at first, then less often as things settle. Dr. Japa will suggest a rhythm that suits you.
