WhatsApp booking requests
When you use the booking form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message goes directly to Dr. (Mrs.) Japa Shibila's phone. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Maps
The clinic map and the reviews link are provided by Google. Google’s privacy policy applies to the embedded map.
Website statistics
If anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics are enabled, they record page visits and button taps only, never your name, phone number or anything you type.
Your health information
Information you share during a consultation is kept confidential by the doctor, in line with professional obligations and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
